2. Website access and server logs
When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data may be processed: IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system information, status code and transferred data volume. This processing is necessary for delivery, technical stability and security of the website.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is secure and functional website operation. Server log data is stored only as long as necessary for operation, troubleshooting or security; security incidents may require longer retention.
3. Email contact
If you contact LatentDrift by email, the data you provide is processed, including name, email address, organization, message content, attachments and technical communication data. The purposes are handling the inquiry, pre-contractual communication, contract performance and documentation.
The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for traceable business communication and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR where statutory retention duties apply. Inquiries without a subsequent engagement are deleted once they are no longer required; business and accounting records are retained according to statutory retention periods.

at any time by deleting browser data or local website storage.
5. Recipients and service providers
Personal data may be shared with technical providers used for hosting, email, IT operation, security or maintenance. These providers process data only to the required extent and, where necessary, under data processing agreements.
Data may be disclosed to authorities, courts, tax advisers or legal advisers only if legally required, necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or covered by another legal basis.
6. International transfers
LatentDrift does not intend to transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. If an international transfer becomes necessary for individual technical services, it will take place only on the basis of an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses or another permissible basis under Chapter V GDPR.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests and withdrawal of consent with future effect.
You can exercise these rights by email to info@latentdrift.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Austrian Data Protection Authority: https://www.dsb.gv.at/.
8. Automated decisions
This website does not use automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR and does not perform marketing profiling.
